What is the Digital Project Management

The world is changing and so is the process in which professionals do things. Gone are the days when we architects and engineers create design using a T-Square and a drawing board. Now, it is much easier and faster using computer softwares developed for such purposes.

We at Multi-Disciplinary Institute of Technology, Inc. (MIT), has been constantly at the forefront of these changes. We have advocated the use of technological advances in the implementation of projects in the AEC sector. We have stayed relevant despite the physical limitations the world has been facing.

Simply put, Digital Project Management is a process in which a project manager leads, organize and executes the implementation of a project while utilizing digital technology to its fullest. It maximizes the potential benefits of the digital world and brings it to the table to enhance the traditional methods.

An unconventional method of ensuring the success of a project in the AEC sector. MIT believes that the knowledge we gained through the years should be imparted and not kept. Thus, we developed an 80-hour intensive training course to equip project managers the necessary tools to adapt and attune to the rigorous demands of the New Normal.
